Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tour with Morocco Glory Travel (referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This document forms a binding agreement between you (referred to as “the Client,” “you”) and Morocco Glory Travel. By booking a tour and paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation

1.1. Booking Process: A booking is initiated when you contact us with your tour request. We will then create a proposed itinerary and a no-obligation quote.

1.2. Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed only when we have received the required deposit payment from you and you have received a confirmation invoice from us.

1.3. Accuracy: It is your responsibility to check the details on the confirmation invoice and to inform us immediately of any errors.

2. Payment Policy

2.1. Deposit: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 30%] of the total tour price is required. We use this deposit to secure accommodations and make other necessary arrangements for your tour.

2.2. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon your arrival in Morocco and can be paid in cash (Euros, US Dollars, or Moroccan Dirhams). Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full balance online via a secure link at least [e.g., 14] days before your arrival date.

2.3. Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via PayPal and major credit cards for deposits and advance payments. We will never ask for or store your credit card information directly.

3. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our official email address. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive the written notification.

3.1. Cancellation by You (The Client): The following cancellation fees apply:

For Private Tours & Private Day Trips:

  • Cancellation received more than 7 days before the tour start date: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Cancellation received 7 days or less before the tour start date: The initial deposit will be held as the cancellation fee.

 

For Shared Small Group Tours:

  • Cancellation received more than 4 days before the tour start date: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Cancellation received 4 days or less before the tour start date: The initial deposit will be held as the cancellation fee.

 

Your deposit can be used for any future tour with Morocco Glory Travel.

3.2. Cancellation by Us (Morocco Glory Travel):

We reserve the right to cancel a tour in circumstances of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other unforeseen events beyond our control). In such a rare event, we will offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund of all payments made to us.
  • An alternative tour of a similar standard, if available.

4. Changes to Your Itinerary

4.1. Changes by You: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you wish to make to your itinerary after booking. Please note that any such changes may be subject to additional costs.

4.2. Changes by Us: We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary if necessary (e.g., due to weather or road closures). We will always inform you of any such changes. In the unlikely event of a major change, you will have the option to accept the change, book an alternative tour, or cancel with a full refund.

5. What's Included & Excluded

5.1. Included in Your Tour Price:

  • Private transportation in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle.
  • An expert Berber driver/guide.
  • All specified accommodations.
  • Meals as specified in your itinerary (e.g., breakfast and dinner).
  • All activities and entrance fees as specified in your itinerary.

 

5.2. Excluded from Your Tour Price:

  • International flights to and from Morocco.
  • Lunches and any dinners not specified in the itinerary.
  • Drinks and personal expenses.
  • Tips for guides, drivers, and local staff.

6. Your Responsibilities

6.1. Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, any necessary visas, and required health documentation for your trip to Morocco.

6.2. Health & Fitness: Please inform us of any health conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

6.3. Local Laws & Customs: You agree to respect the laws, customs, and culture of Morocco.

7. Our Liability

Morocco Glory Travel acts as an agent for hotels, transportation providers, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from circumstances beyond our direct control. Our priority is always your safety, and we will take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey.

8. Complaints

Should you have any issues during your tour, please inform your guide immediately so they can resolve the problem on the spot.
